世界選手権大会と国際交流大会の申込書を公開します。
必要事項を記入して、日本の事務局へ提出してください。
提出はEｰmailを利用してください。

・出場部門は部門は三つあります。
①組手部門
②個人型部門
③団体型部門
・提出書類と出場料は表をご覧下さい。
・招待状が必要な場合は書き足してください。
・外国からの出場希望者は5月31日までに申し込んでください。
・日本人の申込締切は7月31日です。パスポートのコピーなどは必要ありません。

個人で予約してもらっても構いません。

The application form for the World Championship 2016 is now available
and attached above.
Those who wish to enter the tournament must fill in the necessary fields
on the application form and submit your entries to the Tournament Organizing
Department via email.

The tournament will consist of the following
categories；
①Kumite
②Kata (Individuals)
③Kata (Groups / 3 people per Group)
・Please refer to the table shown above for Entry Fees, forms and any other
documentation required for each entry.
・Should you require a Letter of Invitation from So Kyokushin please request so
in the email you send for the entry.
・Entry deadline : 31st May, 2016
No late entries will be accepted.
ALL ENTRIES will require a copy of a valid passport.
We will not accept any entries which do not complete ALL of the required
documentation.
