The educational and training seminar in Kazan NEW
World So-Kyokushin. Russian National Karate Federation So-Kyokushin Kaikan. Russia. December 1, 2024.
The educational and training seminar in karate is additional classes that are necessary for the maximum honing of the Kihon, Kata curriculum and improving the skills of Kumite fighting.
The knowledge and experience that the athletes received from Shihan Ilsur Fazdalov and Shihan Azat Fazdalov gave the guys an incentive to develop in martial arts and prepare themselves for new achievements.
Also on December 1, 2024, at the seminar, the Official Representative of IKO World So-Kyokushin Kaikan in Russia, Branch Chief, Shihan Ilsur Fazdalov presented Japanese documents – certificates confirming the successfully passed certification in July as part of the All-Russian Summer School 2024.
The certificates are approved and signed by the head of the international organization World So Kyokushin Ohishi Daigo 9 Dan. For the Black Belt, together with the “Dan Certificate” a personalized black belt is sent from Japan.
Each participant of the UTS received a certificate. At the end of the UTS, qualifying exams, the kyu-test, were held.
A huge thank you to all participants and the coaching staff.

Opening New Dojo in Canada
I would like to congratulate Senpai Michael Brisson and his team at the Dojo Inaka for their event. It is evident that a great deal of dedication was invested in creating this magnificent dojo, and as soon as one steps through the doors, the powerful energy of the Kyokushin spirit can be felt.
We began the class with a warm-up, then moved on to basics, followed by katas, and concluded with genuine Kyokushin sparring.
On behalf of the So-Kyokushin Canada organization, I wish to congratulate everyone involved and wish you many years of training and success in this path of Kyokushin Karate.

Moscow Open Championship October 26-27, 2024. under the leadership of Branch Chief of Russia Shihan Ilsur Fazdalov. Chief Judge of the competition sensei Vitaly Buslaev. Disciplines Kata, Group Kata, Kumite. Age of participants 6-18 years. The competition was held in a friendly atmosphere. Participants demonstrated good technique, the fights were bright, received a boost of energy, a storm of positive emotions and the desire to achieve new victories. Congratulations to the winners and prize-winners, as well as coaches and parents! We wish you not to stop there! Osu!
State Level Karate Tournament in Tamilnadu, India
I am really glad to inform that our World So-Kyokushin Karate has been organised the State Level Junior Karate Championship – 2024 on 27 October 2024 at Edappadi, Tamil Nadu, India. More than 300 students were participated in KATA & KUMITE and played enthusiastically.
People of Tamil Nadu State encouraged and supported very well.
The drawing contest, So-Kyokushin Spain
Special edition of the 2024 Drawing Competition by So-Kyokushin Spain and the Semper Fidelis Karate Academy.
This year’s edition has been very special, both for our young So-Kyokushin Spain followers and for the Semper Fidelis Karate Academy.
In this new edition of the Drawing Competition,
we asked the President of IKO So-Kyokushin Hanshi Daigo Ohishi for permission for our students to draw his portrait.
The students were inspired by the photographs of Hanshi Daigo Ohishi, to draw him using different color and monochrome techniques.
Once the deadline for submitting the drawings had ended, we digitized all the submitted works and sent them to Japan so that Hanshi could evaluate and choose, from among all the drawings made, the winning drawing.
The final verdict of Hanshi Daigo Ohishi, came accompanied with a nice personal note signed by the President of our organization: “(…) I am very happy that you held such a good contest and that so many children participated. There were so many unique drawings that it was very difficult to choose, but I chose one. Please continue working hard on your Keiko in the Dojo, as well as in this contest….”
The winner chosen by Hanshi Daigo Ohishi was our young student Didac Benedito Bernal, 13 years old.
Didac received a nice gift from the Dojo Semper Fidelis and a t-shirt with the winning drawing.
The ages of the participants ranged between 5 and 14 years old.
We must highlight that both the participants and So-Kyokushin Spain, are very grateful to Hanshi Daigo Ohishi and the Honbu So-Kyoushin Japan for collaborating in this nice Contest with our young students, who are the future of Kyokushin.

Technical seminar and internship and a big meeting of Yazd Province sokyokushin Karate
On October 11th, we held a technical seminar and internship and a big meeting of Yazd Province sokyokushin Karate with the presence of Yazd Province sokyokushin Karate champions and members. Shihan Vahid Behrman, president of Iran’s sokyokushin Karate, together with Shihan. Shihan Bahrani, representative of Yazd Province sokyokushin Karate. Shihan Morteza, rastegarni. Shihan Janmohammed Bakhtiarvand. Shihan Hamid Reza Mashidi, Shihan Hojjat Sabeti were in this seminar along with the great Sokyokushin champions. In the meantime, the seminar and kata training was conducted by the kata champion Sensei Hema Rostgar Nia for the members of the women’s Sokyokushin, and the trainers and members of the women’s Sokyokushin of Yazd province were present.osu
Kyokushin Challenge 2024 Tournament – Szczecin, Poland
On 12.10.2024, the 15th edition of the Kyokushin Challenge 2024 tournament was organized by Husaria Dojo run by Shihan Radek Ambroziak, The Branch Chief and the Country Representative of Poland. The Tournament was held at the Sport Hall in Szczecin, with nearly 240 competitors from 21 Dojos from all over the country taking part! The role of the Main Referee was held by Shihan Piotr Zembrzuski, while the Technical Referee was Sensei Paweł Falko.
A judge’s exam for the POLISH FULLCONTACT KARATE ORGANIZATION Judge and Referee was also held during the tournament, both parts: theoretical and practical. Congratulations to all judges who managed to obtain a positive exam result.
Husaria Szczecin Dojo , as the organizer, resigned from the first place won in the team classification, as a result of which the following clubs stood on the podium:

During the tournament, as every year, the Hussar statuettes and the title of “Friend of the Szczecin Hussars” were awarded, which this year went to Sensei Magdalena and Senpai Jarosław Kosmalscy, Sensei Sebastian and Sensei Kinga Pawlak, as well as Sensei Kamil Trzciński.
