DKO Instructor Course 18th-19th of march 2017(Denmark)
Over a 2-day Instructor Course, led by SHIHAN-DAI Budtz and SHIHAN Koldin, there were a thorough review of the primary purpose of teaching KYOKUSHIN KARATE though the unique approach that DKO takes, as well as relevant first aid course by Cand. med. Sandra Pedersen and Physiotherapist Christina Nielsen. For the self-defense part of the course, there was an inspiring visit from SENPAI Morten from Frederiksberg JJ.
I extension of the practical handling of teaching, there were several demanding teaching exercises.
Especially the young Blackbelts showed potential as future instructors.
We congratulate the new C-instructors with their official license.

Danish So-Kyokushin are happy to announce that we will be organizing an International tournament for So-Kyokushin members on the 4th of November this year.

Iran 3rd International Sokyokushin karate Tournament
3rd International
Sokyokushin karate Tournament in Iran was held by 450 participants from
Iran,Iraq,Zimbabve,Azerbaijan,Pakistan,Afghanistan,Kurdistan,Emirate and Kuwait and the end of tournament, Medals and Cups was
given to the winners.
DKO SOKYOKUSHIN PUBLIC RELATIONS – Wintercamp（Denmark）
With several of the National team fighters in the forefront of this years DKO winter camp, it was to be very concentrated and showed all participants that “FIGHTO” is not just a word, but rather a mindset.
Furthermore the weather contributed, to the camp having the right fighter “feeling” – we let the pictures speak for themselves ..
..what the pictures do not show is that SHIHAN Budtz held a video seminar entitled “balance of BUDO”. Very inspiring for all participating.
There was also focus on proper warmups – physically and mentally. As well as a massage, relaxation and injury course.
