I wish to inform with great happiness that the Kyokushin Karate international seminar held in Stirling, Britain on June 19, 20 and 21st ended on a successful note. The seminar was conducted under the patronage of President Hanshi Kazuyuki Hasegawa, Sensei Takuma Kouketsu and Shihan Roel Wildeboer of the Netherlands. Everybody showed a special interest for the special skills Hanshi Hasegawa imparted this time. On that occasion, advanced studies of Kyokushin Karate Kumite techniques, foot work, Kusushiwaza and his some favourite techniques was taught. Shihan Wildeboer shared a formal knowledge regarding Ido geiko,Kata and Bunkai among everyone. Sensei Takuma who became he World Champion twice led Kihon and displayed some Kumite techniques with kick-shields akin to him.
The Kyu/Dan examination was held on June 20 and 21st under the patronage of Hanshi Hasegawa,Shihan Wildeboer and Shihan Fernando and on that occasion Sathmi Fernando, Britt Mulder was successful for the Shodan while Ian Cameron was successful in the Nidan. Everyone participated at the 30 Men Kumite held on the final day and its speciality was the opportunity given for everybody to have a fight with Sensei Takuma.
Everybody spent their time for 3 days with great enjoyment and cordiality while on Saturday the 20th morning Sensei Takuma’s 34th birthday was collectively commemorated. The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Russia and United Kingdom participated for the seminar this time and the accommodation facilities, seminar venue and meals provided by Stirling University was satisfactory for all those who attended the event.

We hope to launch the 3rd Kyokushin Karate International Seminar in June in the year 2016 and wish to extend our invitation to all Sokyokushin and other Kyokushin Karate organisations”. Osu!

Seminar and Summer camp (Ukraine)

Some details about our seminar and summer camp. As every year at the beginning of summer season, our Ukraine So-Kyokushin organization, runs an instructors seminar for all instructors who is working with us. This year, we started our seminar at the 13th of June, with 18 Kyokushin instructors who have got the new license for the next season. We have also opened a new dojo in Kiev, the capital city of Ukraine, with the new young instructor Vadim Basak.
Also we have organized a summer camp for our karateka kids, in Ochakov city, by the the black sea. For two weeks about 60 kids had every days karate training and many more activities, as sparring and kyu test at the end of the camp. Osu!
2015デンマーク指導遠征（大石範士）2015 danmark summer camp (instracted by Hanshi-Ohishi)
2015年7月2日～7日、大石範士がデンマークサマーキャンプへ指導遠征をされました（帯同・柴田師範、橘先生）。
範士による基本・型の徹底した指導を中心に、組手、護身術などの稽古に加え、審査会も行われました。稽古の際、範士がお手本として披露された五十四歩に際しては、会場から自然と拍手が起こる場面もありました。また、来年の世界大会に向けて、本セミナーに参加した主催のブーツ師範を中心とした、6か国の師範方・先生方との綿密な会議など、大変充実した内容に。合宿自体も、厳しい稽古内容ながら（朝7時から１日５回）、活気と温かみに溢れる素晴らしいものであったと思います。
Report midnightsun summercamp Tromsø, Norway 11 – 14 of June
Shihan Shibata 6. Dan was also this summer’s main instructor on the 35. summercamp in Tromsø, this was his 6. time in Tromsø and he is still going strong. This year he brought with him Senpai Kusakabe as co instructor.
The camp took place in Tromsø Kyokushin dojo and 59 students took part. Most of the students were from our own dojo, but we had visitors from other Norwegian dojo`s.
Shihan and his co instructor gave instructions in kihon, ido geiko, kata and kumite. As always with high quality, 1 Thursday and 3 Friday and 3 Saturday.
This year Shihan had a focus on the kumite part, attack and defence.
There was also a black belt class on Saturday where Shihan gave instructions in high grade kata and advanced kumite.
Sunday was Kyu test witch 36 students took part in.
Sunday evening we had sayonara party with good food.
We were happy with the camp and we wish Shihan and his co instructor welcome back.

National seminar with exam passing grade and DanTest (Italy)
“In Date 19-20- 21 June 2015 Shian Casto, So-Kyokushin Italy, he organized a national seminar with exam passing grade and DanTest.
The event was held in the dojo of Parabita the presence of about 60 athletes who made the examination passing grade and DanTest.
The exam was divided into two parts the first in the morning and have taken the exam the Children and the second in the evening for kids and adults and included the DanTest.”

Day 2. Kihon, Ido Kihon, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, Breaking, and fighting.
Shihan Tom Flynn and his wife where there to evaluate Genevieve and I evaluated the rest. After everyone was done with the results, I ask Shihan Tom to come in front of everyone and told him that Hasegawa Shihan and Oishi Shihan had said yes to his 6th Dan. He was extremaly happy.

held in Denmark Friday 3. of July to Sunday 5. of July 2015 and led by World Vice-President, Hanshi Daigo Oishi.
The Conference are held as a last part of the Danish Summer camp. The full Camp are from Wednesday 1. of July where you also are most welcome to take part.
