Scandinavian meeting(Denmark)

“In connection with Scandinavian Friendly Match in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Denmark, held an informal meeting on cooperation in So Kyokushin Scandinavia.

Shihan Budtz was invited to Finland in April 2015 and it was also agreed to hold more activities together in the future.

A KATA course was arrange with 1998 KATA World Championship 2. place and first female Shihan in the history of Kyokushin Karate, Shihan Christa Koldin 5. Dan.

Unfortunately, Sweden did not attend, but we hope for some contact in the new year.

Danish So Kyokushin Championship and Scandinavian Friendly Match 2014

” DKO “Danish So Kyokushin Karate Championship” and “Scandinavian Friendly Match” in KATA and KUMITE was held 9. of November 2014.

With participants and officials from Denmark, Norway and Finland, and sold-out tickets, about 400 people had a good and exciting day with many good fights and KATA.

Danish Karate Organisation would like to thank all students, officials and spectators.

10th Sosai Oyama Memorial Championship (Sri Lanka)

Some of the other Full Contact Organizations in Sri Lanka will be participating in this event.There is a Kata Tournament with the Kumite Tournament, but only in the Kumite event that other oragnaiztions will take part, Kata event is only for So Kyokushin students.

Kumite tournament is held in two weight divisions ;
 – Light weight – below 53kg
 – MIddle weight – below 75kg

大石最高師範カナダ指導遠征2 Saiko-Shihan Daigo Ohishi went to Canada Part2

大会は、日本と同じく型大会から開始。幼年部から一般部まで、年齢や帯別に分かれて行われ た。多くの派閥・流派が出場している型大会は、見慣れぬ型を行う選手もいて、新鮮に見えた。また、午後の組手大会は、前半は幼年・少年（中学生までと思わ れる）の試合。後半は、一般部の試合。それぞれにルール説明があり、明確に防具やルールに違いを設けていた。高校生以上の一般部は特に、激しい試合が続 き、一本勝ちも見られた。「One match」と呼ばれる試合で、同じ相手と３回試合を行うというものもあった（これは一考の余地があるか）。

This Spring Camp with Shihan Eddie Emin was held on 10th,11th,12th October, 2014 in Melbourne
Australia.
At the beginning of spring Eddie Emin Dojo organized the long awaited Spring Camp with Shihan Kazuyuki Hasegawa from Japan, Shihan James Fillips from Sydney, Australia, Shihan Lance McInnes from Bendigo, Australia.
This camp was held for 3 days and was concluded with Kyu, Dan test.
Shihan Hasegawa paid special attention and taught the big importance of kumite technique.
This camp has successfully happened due to great help from many students of our dojo.
We hope that our guests have appreciated the hospitality of our city and the genuine interest from our students.
We will be great to see all of the participants again and also to welcome new people from Australia and from abroad next year.

10月25日（土）、カナダ・モントリオールにて行われたカナダ大会「Gaiant challenge 2014」にて、大石最高師範が、型・五十四歩と、試し割りからの約束組手の演武を行われました。

流派、派閥を超えて多くの参加者・見学者が集った場内は、水を打った様に静まり返って熱心な視線を送り、演武終了後には、大きな拍手に包まれました。

Report about September’s seminar in Petrozavodsk(Russia)

International Kyokushin Karate Seminar

Seminar with Saiko-Shihan Kazuyuki Hasegawa was held on 5th, 6th and 7th of September 2014 in Russia, Republic of Karelia, Petrozavodsk.

At the beginning of indian summer Ryncyn Doje organized the long-awaited Autumn Seminar with Saiko-Shihan Kazuyuki Hasegawa from Japan, Shihan Roel Wildeboer from Netherlands and Shihan Gong Han from China. This event is unique to Russia for now and is the important step forward for Kyokushin Karate in our land. People not only from Republic of Karelia but from all over the country participated in the event.

The Seminar was held for three days and was concluded with Dan-test. Saiko-Shihan Hasegawa paid special attention and stated the big importance of Kumite trainings. Shihan Wildeboer held Kata-training and Shihan Gong taught a lot about attack and self-defense.

This event has successfully happened due to great help from many students of our dojo. We hope that our guests have appreciated the hospitality of our city and the genuine interest from our students. We will be glad to see all of the participants again and also to welcome new people from Russia and from abroad next year.

We have added a new State in India

We have added a new State in India, it is Maharashtra State. Maharashtra state have many Kyokushin branch, but not have any World So-Kyokushin branch. Now World So-Kyokushin first time in Maharashtra State.

We have added 5 new dojo under Mr. Sohan J. Pardeshi at Maharashtra State. He was in IKF Organization but now he joined with us on IKO World So-Kyokushin. He is also selected for Maharashtra State Branch Chief. Sensei Mahadeb Bramha appointed him for a branch chief post of Maharashtra State. He is now ready for capture total Maharashtra State. We wish he will stand his all dojo with good health.
